These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Mirasera ("we", "us", "our"), a platform that connects clients with independent emotional-support specialists for private online conversations. 1. Not clinical care. Mirasera provides emotional support and guided conversations. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, or crisis/emergency care. If you are in crisis or may harm yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services immediately. 2. Accounts. You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. 3. Bookings and payments. Your first session is free. Additional sessions require an active session package or subscription, billed through Stripe. Prices are shown before you book or purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. 4. Cancellations and refunds. Contact us if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Refunds for packages are considered case by case — contact care@miraserapsychology.com. 5. Conduct. Sessions must be conducted respectfully. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform. 6. Specialists. Specialists on Mirasera are independent providers of emotional support, not employees of Mirasera, and are not licensed clinical therapists acting in that capacity on this platform unless explicitly stated on their profile. 7. Limitation of liability. Mirasera is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. 8.
